 Shipping and Returns

At Livia Life LLC©, we want you to have the best items with quality guarantee. All products are handled, prepared, inspected and packaged by Livia Life LLC© affiliated persons. All orders follow a tedious and thorough process to make sure that the best possible quality of items is received by our customers. Customer satisfaction is a core value at Livia Life LLC©. Due to the emphasis on customer satisfaction, order exchanges may occur if one of the following conditions is fulfilled.

 

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Livia Life LLC and product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

 

Products that have the potential to be replaced must be going through the exchange process. The undesired product is shipped back to the seller. Once the product is returned, inspected and is deemed worthy of exchange, the customer will receive store credit of equal value to the returned product. An exchange of product may be worth equal to or of greater price of the original price paid. (The difference in original and greater value must be paid by customer) NO REFUNDS WILL BE ALLOWED.  Additionally bodysuits, swimsuits, and/or undergarments are non-returnable.

  

Shipping is done internationally, with particular restrictions on certain products for certain areas. International fees may apply to international orders. During the ordering process, shipping and processing are completed at the same time. Estimate shipping and delivery dates will be provided and are based on the items ordered and the shipping options chosen. Default shipping will be 5-7 business days. Other shipping options include Priority and Express Shipping. Priority shipping will 3-4 business days, while Express shipping will be 2-3 business days.
